Today I went to the grocery store and stocked up on the following:
Cereal (same as before, just wanna stock up)
skim milk
bananas
honeydew melon
green apples (to replace celery in tuna, can't eat celery for another medical reason)
red grapes (2 bags! they were like $8 each!!! yikes! but i should be set for a while)
3 premade salad bowls (went to 2 stores and couldn't find the one i had last night)
Lean cuisine pizza and lean cuisine veggie eggrolls(they get crispy in the oven)
kashi granola bars
tuna
and of course vitamin water
and thats it! i will say though my only splurge was i bought some bubble gum. i have an oral fixation. and it helps to have something to chew on after dinner. keeps me from eating again.
