been feeling good. only been drinking water the past 2 1/2 days and i feel better already. last night i had a little burning in my chest like heart burn. it started on the left then crept to the right but it wasn't that bubble like before. it went away so i didn't feel the need to take anything.
i feel good. like...not super full all the time. my stomach doesn't feel so tight anymore. even after a meal.

i think that is all you needed. drink more water and eat lighter and better foods. that happens to me....i get to a point where i am grossed out with food because i've been eating so badly....that i need to detox. yeck. i even get to a point where i won't eat fast food for months!..even during PMS! LOL (believe it or not!) i am so glad you feel better....being that way is no fun!
