Last update on School and upcoming plans

Ok this will prolly be the last school update. Had a meeting with the director today and this is the jist of it:

We won't be getting a diploma but we will getting certificates in the diff modules we've completed (ie: Camera and lights, editing with final cut, photoshop and image manipulation, etc) which is beyond fine with me. And he will put IN WRITING that we will not owe anymore money passed this point. Which is great. I got everything I wanted. I'm fine. He's gonna write up the contract early next week and I'll sign it and be done with this whole mess.

Then what, you ask? Back to being a housewife? Oh hell no. Although I will enjoy watching The View again as well as enjoy taking naps here and there, I will not be a house wife with nothing to do. [not to knock housewives, i loved being one, but i felt empty]

I'll be starting full time on Roodboi Productions. I will be essentially working from home. I won't be bringing in any income at first. I'll mostly be working on projects and creating a really kick ass demo reel. It'll take a couple of months to sharpen my skills to the level I can be proud of and confident enough to call myself a professional. Once that's done I plan to look for a job, hopefully with a production company. I hope to land a couple of freelance jobs along the way. But yeah, this is just the beginning. I'm so excited about having this window of time to just work on all my creative projects. All those ideas I've had for 7 months but never had time to work on them. So watch out! You'll be seeing some cool stuff from me soon. :)
