I have to say, this is my very first stall. Almost at 5 months and this is my first stall. I've never stalled before so this is upsetting. Also I'm almost at 6 months and I keep hearing thats when the honeymoon period is over and you wanna lose as much as you can in the first 6 months.
This is upsetting because for the past 2 weeks I've been making it a point to work out almost every day, my eating has gone back to what i ate b4 christmas, if not better. i mean the last 2 days i could hardly eat half of my dinner. i'm not having my period (i had it last week), so why am i stalling??? :( :( i'm not used to this at all. i don't like it!! waaaaaaaaa :(
i don't get it. right before christmas i was losing very steadily every week. now this is like the 2nd or 3rd week. its so upsetting!

I've been struggling with the same thing. What I've done is began logging my food again, added a short walk after dinner and increased my protein intake. I've completed one week and seen the scale go down a bit.
ReplyDeleteIt sounds like you're doing all the right stuff. Just keep at it. The scale will start moving again.
Do you drink coffee or anything caffeinated? Because I stalled too a month or so ago and I thought it had to be the caffeine in my protein shakes and probably a mix of me not consuming enough calories.
ReplyDeleteYour body may just be testy right now. You will break through it. I'd suggest logging your food as well as Amanda suggested. It helps to find hidden calories you may not be accounting for.
thanks guys. i've been logging my food since i was able to eat solid foods. i don't drink anything but water and crystal light.
ReplyDeletei've been eating more garbanzo beans these days. cruchy garbanzos. but those are protein and low fat. so i'm not sure. other than that i don't really see a difference! i drink all my waters, get my protein, take my vitamins. i don't get it! i hope my body gets its act together.
