Key Lime cheesecakes!!!
Sugar free of course. But thats if you make them without the crust. Or if you follow Carborella's original recipe (linked in the entry i'm about to link to) and use nuts as crust. Personally I think graham crackers add a lot of lovely flavor so I crush them and use them as crust.
I'm not really a cheesecake person so i would eat at most 1 of these. But all of my non wls friends and family loooove these. If you're a cheesecake lover and can see yourself eating lots of these I would go with nut crusts or no crust just to be on the safe side.
