Finally in 2012 I got my life's wish of being pregnant. Now this blog has transitioned from random blabber, to weight loss, to being a new mommy.

upping my b12

i'm thinking of doubling my dose of b12. i've been taking this protein shake and i've noticed that ever since i started i haven't really been working out. it just makes me sluggish. maybe because its so heavy, i don't know. so i'm thinking of doubling my b12 dose to up my energy. what do you think? would that be bad?

  1. I have never had luck with B12. I Used to give myself a shot of b12 in the butt and I NEVER once felt any different with it than without it. I think my body doesn't absorb it well or something. I say go for it as long as there's no chance of overdose.

    I know what you mean about that sluggish heavy feeling. I feel like I am stuck in mud all day. I just feel blah since I have started my protein shakes up again. I read that it is a normal side effect that should subside once your body has broken the carb addiction (if you have one).
