With livejournal your click on your "friends" page and you see all the latest blog entries from everyone you follow. Thats the one thing I miss. I guess Blogger is set up just to be a blog, not to be a social network of sorts. But really I think they should make some changes. Because it really is a mission and a half to try to keep up with everyone's blog and google reader just doesn't cut it for me.

I keep up with everyone by clicking on "dashboard" at the top of my page and it brings up all of the blogs you follow and who posted something recently. Does that help?
ReplyDeleteyeah i noticed that. its ok i guess but you can't read the whole entry. you still have to click on it and open it in another window. in livejournal the whole page is just all your friends and their full entries with their name and icon so you know who's saying what. its a great and easy way to keep up with everyone.
ReplyDeleteI agree it would be cool if blogger were more like a social networking site. I would like to get comments emailed to me like on facebook.
ReplyDeletewell you can have your comments emailed to you. i get mine emailed to me. but only the comments i get on my own blog. its hard when i comment on other blogs and i forget to go back to those entries so i have no idea if i got responses to those comments. lol.
ReplyDeletebut check your settings and go to comments. go to comment notification email and put in your email.
