its been 2 days and its still hard to walk. sitting down to pee is painful! even laying bed, moving around hurts! can you believe it? such an easy work out and i've never been this sore in my life!!!
naturally i'm looking fwd to going back.
i was thinking of taking a cardio class tonight. but i got my period today and i'm super sore so i don't know if thats gonna happen.
speaking of which, i have my period, i'm gonna do this workout again thursday night. i weigh in friday morning. its not gonna be good. between the water retention and the muscles. foggedaboudit. i hope i just keep losing and gaining the same 2 lbs and not just gaining and gaining. bc that would be horrible!
we'll see.
